San Simeon is home to world-famous Hearst Castle and the Hearst Castle zebras that can often be seen grazing in the fields right off Highway One. Restaurants, hotels, and shops are all within a short drive. The San Simeon Cove is a pet-friendly beach, where you can bring the family to enjoy a kayak ride around the cove, go fishing off the Pier, or just sit back and relax on the beach, taking in some dolphin, sea otter and whale watching in season. San Simeon has several campgrounds, Historic Piedras Blancas, Lighthouse tours are available and of course, a drive along the iconic Highway One drive of the rugged and picturesque California coast is an absolute MUST.
